Singer Kyla got her wish and more.
In an interview with the Inquirer days after she tied the knot with Talk ‘N Text cager Rich Alvarez (in Santuario de San Jose, Forbes Park, Makati, on Nov. 28), she said she felt like a fairy-tale princess on her wedding day.
During the reception at the NBC Tent in Bonifacio Global City, there wasn’t a dry eye, Kyla recounted, as the video that she prepared with Rich and friends at Nice Print was “premiered.”
It was waterworks galore, Kyla said, when guests heard the song that accompanied the video, “Beautiful Days,” which she wrote for Rich in 2006.
US hitmaker Brian McKnight, recently penned a new song for the newlyweds, titled “My Heart.”
The honeymoon will have to wait till June, however. “We hope to travel all over Europe—Paris, Venice… if there’s more time, we’ll visit Greece, too,” the ecstatic new missus said. Bayani San Diego Jr.
