Katy Perry returns to Manila in April
Pop star Katy Perry will take the stage in a one-night concert on April 2, 2018, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena—her fourth in the Philippines—as part of the Asian leg of her ongoing “Witness” world tour, according to local promoter Ovation Productions.
The show is described in a statement as “an imaginative trip from outer space to inner space, from the planets to the bottom of our oceans, and a musical journey through Katy Perry’s biggest milestones.…”

In Instagram Story videos posted prior to the announcement, Katy was shown flipping through a photo book from Filipino fans or “Katycats.”
“They desperately want me to come to Manila. Should I come to Manila? Should I?” the pop star said, teasingly.
