Jomari Yllana to become father to second child

Actor Jomari Yllana has another blessing coming his way soon.

On Thursday, he shared on Instagram a sonogram photo of his child with non-showbiz girlfriend Joy Reyes. Without hiding his glee, Yllana captioned the photo “Proud Dada.”

Previously, Reyes told the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) that she had two miscarriages, the first in October 2016.  They were “super devastated” at the time they lost the baby and she even admitted that she went through depression.

“Yung tipong lumalabas kami and we saw a baby, I would suddenly burst into tears. Ganun kalala (To the point that whenever we went out and saw a baby, I would suddenly burst into tears. It was that serious),” Reyes said in the interview.

The second time was in May, but Reyes said that her sadness was cut short when Yllana was determined to seek professional help.

With added strict instructions from her OB-GYN which she and Yllana abide to, she then expressed her thanks because “it was all worth it.”

This is the second child for Yllana. He has a 19-year-old son named Andre with ex-wife, actress Aiko Melendez. /ra
