Miley Cyrus denies pregnancy rumors
After Miley Cyrus posted on Instagram a photo of herself in a loose-fitting grey T-shirt during her recent Thanksgiving-cum-birthday bash, not a few followers wondered if the “bump” in her tummy was a mere illusion created by her baggy top or something else: Is she pregnant?
Well, it turned out that the pop star had just been enjoying some scrumptious vegan dishes: “Rude! Just eating a sh*t ton of ‘tofurkey,’” she quipped in a tweet, following the swirl of online rumors.
In another Instagram post, Miley shared with her followers a photo of her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth’s birthday gift—a studded necklace with a pendant that says “LiLi,” which is the singer’s nickname for the actor. “My [man’s] already winning …” she wrote.
Liam Payne’s mental issues
Former One Direction member Liam Payne has recently opened up about his battle with mental health issues, saying that he “shouldn’t have been able to do as many shows as he did” during the height of the boy band’s popularity.

“I wasn’t in a good place … Unfortunately I was going through a rough time and I let it get to me a little bit too much,” he said, adding that while fans were disappointed about One Direction going on “hiatus,” it was a much needed one.
“We needed a little bit of time away from each other,” Liam said. “We needed a realization point to find the love for it again, rather than it just becoming a job.”
Gallaghers’ album release dates just weeks apart
Noel Gallagher has no time for publicity stunts.
In an interview with Vulture, Noel denied that he and his brother, ex-Oasis bandmate Liam Gallagher, conspired to release their respective new solo albums—“Who Built the Moon” and “As We Are”—less than a month apart for more buzz.
“It’s slightly annoying,” Noel said of the speculations. “My sh*t is not reacting. It’s not reactionary on that level to anybody’s. When your record’s ready, it goes, and that’s the end of it. And if it’s near to the other fellow’s, then that’s it.
“I don’t give a f**k whether he puts his album out the same day as mine,” said Noel, who has had an acrimonious relationship with Liam. “I will thank him for promoting my record, though, and it’s not even out yet.” —ALLAN POLICARPIO
