Chef Jose Sarasola, former “Pinoy Fear Factor” contestant, shared healthy recipes at the kickoff of Golden Fiesta’s Heart Healthy Camp in Nuvali, Laguna.
The chef-actor showed participants how to prepare simple, heart-friendly meals. The free-admission camp was attended by fitness enthusiasts and yuppies.
