Joyce Bernal wants to do a movie for Marawi

It looks like film director Joyce Bernal wants to do a movie inspired by the story of the siege in Marawi City.

In a recent Instagram post, the renowned filmmaker uploaded a photo of herself with actors Piolo Pascual and Robin Padilla, and two others with the caption, “Let’s do this movie for MARAWI.”

Not too long ago, Bernal and Pascual met with Padilla to give their P1.5 million donation for the rehabilitation of Marawi. Padilla, who has been involved in government efforts to rebuild the city, has also donated P5 million for the children affected by the war. JB
