Pauleen Luna has given birth to her first child with husband Vic Sotto, who announced it on “Eat Bulaga,” a noontime show he co-hosts.
Vic, who is also called Bossing, made the announcement through his usual jokes.
“Batiin niyo si Mrs. Pauleen Luna Sotto,” he told Allan K, who greeted her a happy birthday.
“Hindi si Pauleen yung may birthday,” said co-host Joey de Leon.
“Anong meron si Pauleen?” asked Allan.
“Anong meron siya, tinatanong mo? Anak,” quipped Vic.
The audience erupted in cheers, and his co-hosts gave him their congratulations.
In talking about his “bouncing baby girl,” he added, “Ayun, pag-alis ko ng ospital, lumulumadag-lundag pa rin (When I left the hospital, she was still bouncing around).”
On the show, he added that they would share pictures of their newborn in the coming days.
The couple have been married since January 2016. /ra
