The “Fast and Furious” franchise is big on family values and settling differences, but apparently its stars do not follow the same mantra.
The plot has certainly thickened on the seemingly one-sided feud between co-stars Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, as the former revealed that he won’t reprise his role as “Roman Pearce” if the latter is included in the cast.
After lambasting the former WWE star last month for delaying the ninth film in favor of a spinoff, Gibson once again took to Instagram to make his ultimatum.

“I’m sorry to announce that if Dwayne is in Fast9 there will no more Roman Peirce – You mess with family and my daughters survival I mess with yours……… close your eyes dude you’re a “Clown,” the 38-year-old actor captioned a photo of himself along with Johnson and Vin Diesel.
The outspoken actor also seemed to take a shot at Johnson’s “unnatural” physique and referred to the trio’s photo together.
“Notice who’s got his arms around my shoulder and who’s standing alone,” he said.
Despite the verbal onslaught from his co-star, Johnson has remained relatively quiet on the issue.
In a short but subtle tweet last month, “The Rock” claimed that he only seeks to “elevate the franchise and build it out.” /ra
