Sam Smith no longer ‘single’
Just a month ago, Sam Smith maintained that he was “still very, very single”—“insanely single,” even.
Now, he’s singing a different tune. After being photographed kissing “13 Reasons Why” star Brandon Flynn early this month, speculations began swirling online that the British singer has finally found love.
In a recent appearance in “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” where he promoted his coming second album, “The Thrill of It All,” Sam confirmed that he and Brandon were indeed dating.
Asked by the television host if he was still single, as he previously claimed, Sam said: “No, I’m not, which is crazy.”
“It’s weird bringing out an album and not being single. Because when I brought out ‘In the Lonely Hour,’ his debut album, I was so lonely,” the 25-year-old recording artist added. “Now, I’m singing songs about another guy. I’m quite happy, but it’s quite weird.”
Robbie Williams cancels tour
Article continues after this advertisementRobbie Williams has recently revealed that he was forced to cancel the remaining dates of his European concert tour, because he had received “very worrying” test results that landed him in the hospital.

Unfortunately, that illness kicked in just at the end of my tour, which was going so well,” the British pop star said in a video on his YouTube page, adding that what happened was so serious he ended up in the intensive care unit.
“I haven’t pulled out of a tour for bad health since 1998, so you know if I can’t do it, then there’s something going on that I just can’t do it,” he added.
Robbie said he’s now taking steps toward recovery. “Now I’m a vegan, I do Pilates and yoga every day. I have a big burger on a Sunday—a cheat meal. But I’m looking after myself,” he said. —ALLAN POLICARPIO
