Singer Josh Groban never imagined that while he was just about to have his usual stroll with his dog, he would be close to a shooting scene, as gunshots were fired in Manhattan, New York, during the Tuesday terror attack, Oct. 31.
The gunshots he heard were supposedly from the police responding to a terror attack waged by a 29-year-old Uber driver, who rammed down pedestrians and bicyclists near the World Trade Center area. The act resulted to the death of eight people, with 11 more injured.

Groban, as stated in one of his Twitter posts, was on his way to get coffee when his dog pulled him back into a park, just 10 minutes before the shooting. He stated that he heard eight to ten shots ringing out a block away from where he was standing.
I hope everyone’s ok. Was half a block from me, didn’t see it but heard 8-10 quick rounds fired off. Be safe with your kids out there.
