Aljur Abrenica says sorry to Robin Padilla

Kapamilya actor Aljur Abrenica has publicly apologized to actor Robin Padilla, father of his fiancee, actress Kylie Padilla, for whatever faults he has committed.

In a recent interview on “Boy Abunda Tonight,” the actor admitted that after all this time, he has not spoken yet to Robin.

“Kung mapapanood niya man ‘to, kung may nagawa man po ako na sa tingin niyo eh hindi maganda o naging kasalanan ko, humihingi na po ako ng sorry sa inyo. Si Kylie po, wala naman po akong balak pabayaan yan mahal ko po yan. May tatay rin po ako, nakikita ko po ‘yung saya ng tatay ko kapag nakikita niya yung apo niya eh, gusto ko makita rin po yun ni Kylie sa tatay niya,” he said.

In the interview, he said he did not want to dwell on the topic any further as he’d been asked about it a number of times in the past.

“Tito Boy, ayoko na.. Wag na lang natin… Kasi ang daming beses na eh, naano na ko eh. Okay naman kami, through Kylie nagkakaron ng komunikasyon. Pero ayon, Tito Robin, nandito lang po ako. Sana po bukas po ang pintuan niyo..,” he said.

In the past, reports said that the rift between Robin and Abrenica dated back to when he and Kylie first got separated . The iconic action star had said hurting his daughter was unacceptable to him. When the two eventually got back together earlier this year, news of Kylie’s pregnancy soon came out. But even after Baby Alas was born, things between the two men in Kylie’s life still aren’t looking good. /ra
