The original comic created by Francisco Coching gets an update in the Epik Studios and Viva Films revival.
The new character is named Peter Harris, a Filipino living with his father in the US and who has been a “wimpy” outcast since he was young.
He returns to the Philippines after his father’s mysterious death and discovers that his mother is cursed.
As he seeks to cure her, he is forced to face evil forces and discovers he isn’t an ordinary human.
Nadine Lustre will also make an appearance in the movie. The film is directed by Dan Villegas and expected to be released in 2018. /ra
