Baron Geisler’s family apologizes for actor’s behavior

The family of Baron Geisler apologized to the public on Tuesday for another scandal that the actor got involved in and assured that they would try their best to get him in the right direction.

In an interview with reporters, Donald David Geisler III, the actor’s older brother, said their family is taking the necessary steps to deal with the matter.

“As family, of course we would like to apologize with what’s been happening pero [but] rest assured, we will deal with this matter to get him right…para maging mas maayos (so he would improve),” Donald David said.

Donald David said their family has yet to discuss the next steps for Geisler, who has been repeatedly involved in many altercations and incidents, all while intoxicated with alcohol.

He said he would talk to Geisler and hear what his plans are, whether he would want to go to rehabilitation to deal with his alcohol problems.

“So it would all depend on him, what’s choice, we’re all gonna be here whatever decision he makes. Pero we’re hoping decides on what could also help him,” he explained.

“It’s a hard situation rin to discuss with him, kasi no matter how we try to ask him to get help with regards to [rehabilitation], parang for me, we want him to really to want it also, to get the help,” Donald David said.

He also noted that Geisler was having a hard time coping with their mother’s death in January.

“It’s been difficult for him, he’s alone now, my mom has passed away. Medyo it’s something new to him, he still has to accept and deal with it eventually,” he added.

The Quezon City Office of the Prosecutor ordered on Tuesday the filing of unjust vexation and alarm and scandal charges against Geisler for causing a commotion in a restaurant in Tomas Morato in Quezon City on Monday night. /je
