Their obvious sweetness is overflowing on or off-camera. But while they have often said that they are special to each other, neither has confirmed anything yet and people can only judge from afar.
Another sweet gesture by Barretto has brought fans kilig overload. The young star has recently made a touching video of her sweet moments with Garcia, as she gave a heartfelt message to her “baba” who just celebrated his 20th birthday.
She started off by acknowledging Garcia’s constant presence in her life. Since she is also among the celebrities who endure bashings, she is just thankful that Garcia has been there by her side through it all.
“In the midst of all the judgments, the unkind words thrown at me, in the midst of all the hate and those who doubted me and my heart. There was you,” Barretto wrote.
She gave the credit back to Garcia for bringing out the best in her. Even without admitting, her words seem to confirm that there is obviously something blooming between them.
“You believed in me. You understood me. You embraced my soul. You saw the good in me and continue to bring out the best in me. You bravely and proudly call me your lucky charm despite the others who think otherwise. You protected me, cared for me and loved me for all that I am. You make me a better person baba, and I am so glad to have found my way to you. You are the real lucky charm. Today (and everyday), you deserve to be celebrated because there is absolutely no one like you. Thank you for being you. Happy birthday,” she wrote.
Netizens then reacted in awe of Barretto’s greetings for Garcia.

Even Barretto’s father, comedian-turned-director Dennis Padilla thinks that the two might after all be a couple now.
Padilla has always told the entertainment press in past interviews that her daughter has already introduced Garcia to him. He is also comfortable in saying that he already approves of Garcia.
