Queen Bey has made sure to look out for friend and fellow pop queen Lady Gaga, who is recovering from chronic pain.

Beyoncé sent flowers, a sweatshirt from her athletic wear brand Ivy Park, and a handwritten note to the “Million Reasons” singer.

“Not having a good pain day. Thank you honey 🍯 B for sending me this comfy sweatshirt,” wrote Lady Gaga in an Instagram post of her selfie.

Another post reveals a bouquet of roses and a letter that reads, “Thinking about you and sending you so much love! Praying for a quick recovery.”

Lady Gaga praised the iconic “Single Ladies” artist: “This was so kind. If I hadn’t seen your videos on TV at grandma’s house after I got dropped from Def Jam records, I would have given up. You inspire us all.”
