KC Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta via Cuneta’s Instagram
Megastar Sharon Cuneta posted yet again a touching message about her eldest daughter, singer-actres-TV host KC Concepcion.
Even before officially entering show biz, Concepcion was already famous, thanks to her superstar parents. Since the late ’80s, she had been seen as the cute little girl who always accompanied her Mommy Sharon to her engagements. Now, she’s one of the most successful artists of her generation–this, her mommy ponders on.
In a recent Instagram post, the award-winning actress uploaded two then-and-now photos of her and Concepcion together. The first one was a throwback entry showing a younger Sharon with her cute, chubby KC while the other is a present photo of her and her grown-up daughter.
She captioned her post, “How very quickly time flies…My sweet little baby is now my sweet big baby (and a fine young lady!). Three more to watch grow up; three more times to feel my heart get broken as they each find their own way in the world…”
The post carried the hashtag, “#lovesofmylife.”
Not too long ago, news of a reunion movie of Cuneta and ex-husband Gabby Conception hit the headlines. It would have been the ex-couple’s return to the big screen since their 1992 hit “Tayong Dalawa.” However, both parties have agreed to postpone the project due to conflicting schedules.
Recently, Sharon-Gabby fans were thrilled when the actor gifted his ex-wife durian fruit. Cuneta expressed her gratitude for her ex-husband’s touching gesture. /ra
