Multiple plastic surgeries has allowed Rodrigo Alves to acquire the distinct features of a living “Ken doll” through nose jobs, silicone chest implants, butt lifts and hair implants, among others.
After achieving his desired look, the self confessed cosmetic surgery addict has bared his intentions to undergo a sex change operation—this time, to look like “Barbie”.
In a recent appearance on an Italian show, the 34-year-old TV star revealed his aspirations to once again alter his appearance and go under the knife.
“One day when I’m older, I may have a sex change and become a Barbie as my manhood is the only part of my body still untouched by surgeries,” he said, as relayed by The Indian Express.
His quest to achieving a womanly figure will begin next week, as he is set to travel to Los Angeles to get six of his ribs removed, in order to achieve a thinner waist.

The socialite, meanwhile, has already undergone 60 cosmetic surgeries and over 100 aesthetic procedures in his pursuit of plastic perfection, the report said.
Alves also shared that his human “Ken Doll” stature comes with a price.
“Being a live human Ken Doll has never been easy. It takes constant maintenance. Bits fall off and need repairing now and again,” he revealed in an earlier report by Mail Online.
“Personally when people look at me they are shocked at my appearance, but I am far more than what you see, the image I transmit, I have blood flowing to my heart and I have a brain and breath.”
