Still picking up the the pieces from the void left by his husband’s sudden demise last July, Talinda posted another memory of the 41-year-old rock icon—this time a moving video of him having fun with his family just 36 hours before the tragedy.
“My next tweet is the most personal tweet I have ever done. I’m showing this so that you know that depression doesn’t have a face or a mood,” Talinda opened up on her personal Twitter account.
What followed was a video of Chester laughing, as he playfully tasted oddly flavored jelly beans with his son.
“This is what depression looked like to us just 36 hrs b4 his death. He loved us SO much & we loved him,” Talinda captioned the post, adding the hashtags #fuckdepression and #MakeChesterProud.
Earlier, Bennington’s 15-year-old son Draven also made a series of touching videos during the National Suicide Prevention Week, urging those in need help to seek help before harming themselves. JB
