The solid friendship between ex-lovers Megastar Sharon Cuneta and action star Robin Padilla has always manifested in the way they support each other. Just recently, the Megastar thanked Padilla for watching her latest film, “Ang Pamilyang Hindi Lumuluha.”
Praising the action star for his gesture, she said, “Robin ko talaga, naiiba, tunay na nag-iisa. Thank you so much again from my heart, my Kambal! I super appreciate you!!!“

Cuneta reposted a photo of Padilla holding two movie tickets as he took a selfie.
Even indie actor Kiko Matos shared the same photo and thanked his “idol” for appreciating his and the Megastar’s film.
Padilla is set to do a reunion movie with Cuneta. This was confirmed by the Megastar herself via an Instagram post.
One of the most iconic team-ups in local cinema, Cuneta and Padilla top-billed three movies in the past. They did “Di na Natuto” in 1993, “Pagdating ng Panahon” in 2001 and their first and most memorable certified box-office hit, “Maging Sino Ka Man” in 1991. /ra
