Rude underling berates gifted newcomer

12:30 AM August 30, 2017

Gifted Newcomer had an unfortunate experience in Major Studio.

Accompanied by Meek Handler, GN ventured into the hallowed hallways of MS.

As luck would have it, GN and MH shared the elevator with Insolent Underling.

GN and MH were minding their own business, when IU from out of nowhere made an offensive remark. IU asked MH pointedly: “Da who?”

FEATURED STORIES

IU was obviously referring to GN.

Perhaps GN is not as popular as the stars whom IU worships. But then again, GN is far more talented than any of those pretenders whom IU adores.

Thick and tight

It was right under our noses.

Some people might be in the dark why Calculating Insider waged a ferocious campaign against Wealthy Celebrity. Indeed, what could WC have done to merit CI’s wrath?

Absolutely nothing, it turned out.

WC and CI have no personal connection at all. But then again, CI is merely fulfilling the dark designs of Vociferous Personality.

CI and VP are tighter than a society matron’s Botoxed face, that’s why. And VP is envious of WC.

CI and VP are not only tight … they are thick as thieves, too.

Strike three

And we thought this latest scuttlebutt about Glitzy Luminary was shocking enough.

GL is now canoodling with Controversial Figure. Thing was, CF was once the apple of GL’s nemesis, Vituperative Kin.

Did GL lure CF, to infuriate VK?

But here’s the clincher: Before VK, CF was involved with another person close to GL, as well.

Who knew, CF once fell for Naïve Novice? Although GL and VK are more attractive, NN is much, much younger.

Young and restless

The apple doesn’t fall far from the caimito tree.

Gorgeous Youngster purportedly succumbed to the same sordid fate that had befallen Avaricious Elders.

GY had allegedly turned to the world’s oldest profession, too. Well, it was just a matter of time.

GY is quite obsessed with the latest gadgets and luxury brands. With this new sideline, GY could afford all those expensive goodies.

No wonder, GY could easily go on shopping sprees here and abroad.

Unlike AEs, GY started early. So young, so decadent!

Bye-bye time

From the Inquirer tabloid Bandera:

Flashy Performer’s days in Celebrated Joint are numbered.

CJ’s regulars find FP uncouth and arrogant.

FP has a tendency to turn off CJ’s fans.

Worse, FP offers nothing new and keeps rehashing old stuff. Can’t teach old dawgs new tricks?

CJ’s Big Bosses are now thinking of dumping FP. Supporters have a counterproposal, though: Perhaps the BBs could just limit FP’s appearances in CJ.

Karma swooped down swiftly and caught up with FP.

TOP OF THE TABLOIDS

For those who missed last weekend’s show biz news on TV (and why we are moved, if we are moved):

Iza Calzado

Iza Calzado on attracting bashers: “I guess I’m doing something good for the show.” (When she’s bad, she’s better.)

Daniel Padilla

Daniel Padilla on being offended by Paul Salas’ comments: “Para ako atakihin mo, ‘di ko na tino-tolerate ang mga ganyang bagay.” (Peace, man.)

Paul apologizes to Daniel: “Sabi nila nabastos si DJ, kung ganu’n, pasensiya na.” (Moving on.)

Tom Rodriguez on his dream project with Carla Abellana: “Gusto ko action, hilig ko talaga ever since I was a kid.” (But what about Carla?)

Nora Aunor on her habit of giving away money to the crew: “Kapag may pera ako parang ‘di ko matiis ang mga tao.” (That’s Ate Guy!)

Nora on her improving relationship with daughter Matet de Leon: “Kapag walang pasok … nagmi-meet kami.”
(Awww …)
