Robin Padilla is now one proud grandfather as his eldest daughter, Queenie, recently gave birth to a baby girl.
The former actress revealed that she gave birth to her daughter with Pakistani husband Usama Mir on Tuesday, July 25, at 4:37 p.m.
“I just got discharged from the hospital last night. Please make du’a for my fast recovery. My husband already announced that we have been blessed by Allah with a baby girl,” she captioned one of her Instagram posts.
Queenie also announced that she and her spouse chose to name their child Mikailah.
Robin will meet his second grandchild very soon. His younger daughter, Kylie Padilla, is expecting a son with boyfriend Aljur Abrenica.
In 2011, Queenie left her showbiz career to fully embrace Islam. She soon tied the knot with Mir. The couple now resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. JB
