Battle-rope workouts keep Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz fit and fabulous at age 66.

The beauty queen-turned actress boasted to followers of her “beast mode” battle-rope routine inside a gym via an Instagram clip.

“Battle of the ropes [is] so hard…but check Superman Mike behind,” Diaz captioned her post. The clip was then uploaded on Facebook page Pageanthology 101, which has raked in more than 1 million views since its posting on Sunday.

After watching Diaz’s clip, some netizens felt the impetus to follow her intense workout. “This should be your attitude and fighting spirit,” one Instagram user commented.

Diaz made history by being the country’s bet to be crowned as Miss Universe in 1969. Succeeding her was Margie Moran in 1973 and Pia Wurtzbach in 2015.
