The Chainsmokers brings party to Manila

The Chainsmokers will hold a one-night concert on Sept. 13.

As part of its ongoing “Memories” world tour, The Chainsmokers, the popular EDM tandem of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall, will hold a one-night concert on Sept. 13 at SM Mall of Asia Arena (call 470-2222).

The show, mounted by MMI Live, is the American group’s third in the country.

Aside from chart-topping hits and staples, like “Roses” and “Don’t Let Me Down,” The Chainsmokers is expected to dish out new material, including the song “Something Just Like This”—a collaboration with British pop band Coldplay, and a track in the tandem’s debut studio album, “Memories… Do Not Open.”—ALLAN POLICARPIO
