Box-office star John Lloyd Cruz got a surprise advanced birthday greeting from his leading lady Sarah Geronimo on the set of their new movie, “Dear Future Husband”.

The Kapamilya heartthrob, who is about to turn 34 on June 24, was all smiles when he was given the surprise treat by Geronimo and the rest of the movie production staff.

The action was captured in a video post recently uploaded by Viva Artists Agency on their Facebook account.

The video, as of this writing, has already gained thousands of views, and inspired fans to give advanced birthday greetings as well for the ultimate leading man.

Not much details has been disclosed about the Cruz-Geronimo starrer yet. “Dear Future Husband” is their fourth movie project together, produced by Star Cinema. Cruz and Geronimo had previously top-billed box-office romantic-comedy movies such as “A Very Special Love” (2008), “You Changed My Life” (2009) and “It Takes A Man and A Woman” (2013). JB
