Lucy Torres-Gomez: No show biz career for Juliana

Teenage daughters of celebrities—like Leila Alcasid, Angelina Montano and Frankie Pangilinan—are now trying to establish careers in show business.

Is Juliana (the daughter of Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres) also interested in joining the biz?

“She is so shy. She can dance, but she doesn’t want to. It isn’t her passion,” Lucy said of Juliana. “I always tell her that I don’t want her to feel pressured to be like me or her dad. My only prayer is for her to be the person that God designed her to be, whatever that is,” she stressed.

According to Lucy, Juliana has more inclination for sports: “She trains for volleyball.” This is not surprising since Juliana’s dad is an athlete (Richard won a gold medal in fencing at the 2005 Southeast Asian Games).
