Gay celebs tie the knot

May was a month to remember for some gay celebrity couples. British diver and YouTube sensation Tom Daley, 23, exchanged vows with American filmmaker-activist Dustin Lance Black, 42, a few weeks ago. They have been dating since 2013, and were wed in a castle-hotel in Devon.

Also in May, “The Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons, 44, tied the knot with boyfriend Todd Spiewak, 40, a graphic designer-producer. They were together for 14 years prior to the wedding, which was held at the Rainbow Room in New York.

Earlier this year, other gay celebs got married. TV personality RuPaul got hitched to longtime boyfriend Georges LaBar, an Australian rancher. And in March, “Orange is the New Black” actress Samira Wiley wed the show’s writer, Lauren Morelli. —OLIVER PULUMBARIT
