Teen heartthrob Joshua Garcia admitted in a “Tonight Show with Boy Abunda” interview that his relationship with Julia Barretto has grown and that they are now more open with one another.
The two have been dubbed “Joshlia” since they starred in the hit teen romcom “Vince & Kath & James”, and in an episode of “Maalala Mo Kaya” as love interests. With their on-screen chemistry, fans have since hoped they could be a real-life item.
Both the young actors have been posting photos together on their social media accounts:

Josh shared that he considers Julia his “queen”: “My queen ang tawag ko sa kanya kasi gusto ko tinatrato siya ng ganun. Para sa akin ‘yun yung deserve niya.”
(I call her “my queen” because I want her to be treated as one. For me, it’s what she deserves.)
The 19-year-old who started out from “Pinoy Big Brother” also denied that he and the ASAP It Girl were an item: “Kailangan pang paghirapan ‘yon. Kailangan munang ligawan si Julia.”
([Being with Julia] needs to be worked hard for. Julia first needs to be courted.)
Both will star in a movie written by award-winning director-writer Antoinette Jadaone, the woman behind hugot films like “That Thing Called Tadhana” and “English Only, Please”. JB
