While DC fans are preparing for the advent of Wonder Woman and the Justice League, Amber Heard is turning heads with her forthcoming film with “Game of Thrones” actor Jason Momoa.
On Twitter, director James Wan gave fans a glimpse of Heard’s character in “Aquaman.” She plays the role of Mera, the ginger-haired queen of Atlantis and wife of Aquaman/Arthur Curry, played by Momoa. The actress also shared a pic of herself flaunting a green suit topped with scale-like sequins on the social networking site.

Following her divorce from “Pirates of the Caribbean” lead Johnny Depp, Heard left for Australia’s Gold Coast to film scenes for “Aquaman.” It is also in the Land Down Under where she confirmed her romance with Tesla billionaire Elon Musk.

Before storming for her stint in “Aquaman,” Heard will embody superhero agility in “Justice League” with Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck.
