To the delight of her fans, Kriesha Tiu dropped a concept image for her debut single. According to K-Pop Herald, the Filipino-American K-pop star’s much-anticipated record will be released on Wednesday.
The image showed Tiu in a seemingly calm demeanor, focusing on a sight far off. It marked a contrast to the previously-revealed image of her lead track “Trouble”, which showed a playful side of the singer.
Tiu, 18, was a runner-up in the Korean program “K-pop Star” season 6, which aired from November 2016 to April this year.
Tiu was born in Cebu and migrated with her family to Los Angeles, California, where she was scouted by Urban Works Entertainment. She learned the Korean language and culture in preparation for her colossal stint on “K-Pop Star”.
