Judy Ann Santos admits she had a more difficult time when she was pregnant with her 1-year-old daughter Luna than when she was carrying son Lucho, now 6. “With Lucho, my tummy got big—that’s it. I didn’t have cravings and morning sickness. I could do anything! But with Luna, I had to be more careful because I experienced bleeding early in my pregnancy. My doctor said I needed bed rest. But I ate healthier food when I had Luna. I had to be healthy because I was much older when I had her. I was 37. I only ate veggies and religiously drank juices in the morning.”—MARINEL R. CRUZ
