Ed Sheeran’s boppy-Irish hit “Galway Girl” finally has a music video, featuring Irish actress Saoirse Ronan as his “pretty little Galway girl.”
Ronan, 23, has starred in Hollywood films such as “Atonement” and “The Lovely Bones”. She earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in 2016, playing the role of a young Irish immigrant in “Brooklyn”.

The video opens with Sheeran leaving a concert and switches into a first-person point of view, entering a pub where he finds the charming Ronan on a “street right outside of the bar.” The video follows Ronan through Dublin as she dances, runs around the streets, shoots darts, and helps Sheeran get out of bar brawls.
