Camille Prats and husband John Yambao revealed the gender of their baby during a special party held at the Nayomi Sanctuary Resort in Batangas.
In a YouTube video blog uploaded on Sunday, the blissful couple teased relatives and close friends with a cake that had either a pink or blue sponge, indicating if the baby was a girl or a boy.
Nathan, Prats’ son from late husband Anthony Linsangan, and Ice, Yambao’s son from a previous relationship, hoped for a baby brother. However, most of the couple’s relatives pined for a “little princess.”
Isabel Oli sided with Team Girl while her husband, John Prats, guessed that his sister and brother-in-law would welcome a boy.
Attendees who rooted for a girl rejoiced when VJ sliced the cake, which revealed a pink sponge inside.
Prats and Yambao, who were once schoolmates before reuniting in California 20 years later, exchanged vows in January at the same resort. Prats announced last February that they were expecting their first child. Gianna Francesca Catolico /ra
