Kate Upton dons Britney Spears’ schoolgirl look for lip-sync gig
In a sneak peek at her gig in the “Lip Sync Battle” segment of the US show “Spike,” Kate Upton channeled Britney Spears’ daring schoolgirl outfit in an attempt to outdo her rival, Latin singer Ricky Martin.
Clad in a button-down blouse and miniskirt, and sporting braided pigtails, the bombshell model slithered on the stage as she impersonated the pop star singing “Baby One More Time.” Her duel with Martin will air this Friday (Thursday in the US).
Chrissy Teigen, who co-hosts the segment, was stunned to witness Upton’s jaw-dropping dance moves.
“I’m definitely nervous. I’m going against Ricky Martin, who does this for a living,” Upton admitted in an interview with Spike. “I dropped it like it was hot. A lot.”

Previous “Lip Sync Battle” contestants looked up to Spears’ iconic gigs for inspiration. Last year, “Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco abandoned her comfort zone and mimicked Spears’ routine for her single “I’m a Slave 4 U,” complete with a revealing costume and a python.
