‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Camilla Luddington gives birth

/ 10:53 AM April 12, 2017

Camilla Luddington is one proud mother to a baby girl.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” star delighted fans on Instagram with a black and white video of her and boyfriend Matt Alan cradling their newborn daughter. She also revealed their daughter’s name in the post’s caption. “We have a new great love in our lives… our sweet baby girl, Hayden,” she said.

In two other snaps, Luddington merrily flaunted her bracelet embellished with the letter “H” and a gift given to her by the cast of the hit medical drama series, where she plays the role of Dr. Jo Wilson.

Itching from hiding the news to her fans, Luddington, 33, finally announced her pregnancy last October. “I am so excited to finally share with you all news that I’ve managed to keep secret for what seems like forever now…I am pregnant!” she revealed in an Instagram post. “We are beyond happy and I cannot wait to bring you all on this journey with me.”

Now that Luddington is already a mother herself, she joins a roster of “Grey’s Anatomy” co-stars who already gave birth, including Caterina Scorsone and Ellen Pompeo.

“I hear stories from all the moms on set,” she mentioned to E! News earlier this year. “So to have that experience myself, and all the joys and the highs and the lows, I’m excited for all of it.” Gianna Francesca Catolico
