Skin darkening is a normal phase of pregnancy and even celebrities who are famous for their flawless skin are no exception to this condition. Padilla, who has always been every girl’s envy for her porcelain white skin, happens to be experiencing such discoloration on her armpits.

However, there were also many who defended Padilla and slammed the bashers, pointing out that the darkening of skin is a natural part of pregnancy.

The actress explained that lighting may have been a factor on the shade that appeared on her underarm, and that she was fully aware that her underarm is indeed dark when she posted the photo. She also poked fun at the bashers and ended with a message about self love.
