Actress-entrepreneur Danica Sotto celebrated her 10th year of marriage with Marc Pingris saying she was “overwhelmed with joy.”
On Friday, Sotto and the PBA forward posted their romantic tributes on Instagram to celebrate a decade of marital joy.
Sotto captioned her photo with her hubby, “I’m overwhelmed with joy because of God’s faithfulness. I know I do not deserve anything that I have right now but God is still good dahil binigay ka niya sa akin (He gave you to me).”
Similarly, Pingris felt grateful with his wife’s persistence and patience in dealing with problems that challenged their love. “First of all, I just want to say congratulations sa ating dalawa (to the two of us). Lalo sa ‘yo, dahil natiis mo ko ng 10 years (you endured me for 10 years),” Pingris comically captioned his image.
He added, “For the past 10 years I know that what we went through was not easy. Hindi talaga naging madali (It wasn’t that easy). We had our ups and downs, but we managed to make it, mainly because our God is the center of our relationship.”
Sotto, the eldest of Vic Sotto’s daughters, and Pingris began dating in 2005 and got married two years later.The couple has two children, Jean Michael and Anielle Micaela. Gianna Francesca Catolico /ra
