For the first time in forever, “A Walk to Remember” star Mandy Moore lends her angelic voice for the TV adaptation of Disney’s “Tangled: The Series.”

This weekend, the entertainment tycoon released two separate music clips of Rapunzel, played by Moore, chanting the track “Wind in My Hair.”

Moreover, the clips briefly display Rapunzel’s brave sidekick Cassandra, voiced by Eden Espinosa, a new addition to the animated tale. Actor-director Zachary Levi, who voices the long-haired heroine’s husband, Flynn “Eugene” Rider, will reprise his role. The couple’s beloved pets, Maximus the horse and Pascal the lizard, will make appearances as well, Entertainment Weekly previously reported.

“The fun’s only starting / I got a skip in my step and I haven’t a care,” Moore sings.

In the show’s TV trailer debuted last month, Rapunzel felt disappointed upon reuniting with her golden locks, which Eugene sliced off during the 2010 film “Tangled.” She does every means to get rid of them and it came to the point that Cassandra attempts to chop them with a pair of scissors, but it cracks up, leaving Rapunzel’s hair indestructible.

“Tangled: The Series” will start airing on Disney Channel on March 24.  Gianna Francesca Catolico
