Heart Evangelista, the artist, paints branded bags

This girl is a true cut above her class.

Former “It” girl Heart Evangelista is not only an accomplished actress, a restaurant heiress and a politician’s wife. She is also a talented artist and earns millions of pesos by painting designer bags.

Known to be a collector of luxury designer bag brand “Hermes,” she now makes business out of the art she only once did for herself. She asks P90,000 per bag art.

In her last exhibit entitled “Carry Your heART,” she showcased a 45-piece painted bag collection priced quite expensively.

Besides painting branded bags, she also does canvass painting and the recent art piece she made was bought by the son of business tycoon Henry Sy.

“‘In Full Bloom,’ a very special painting close to my heart, now belongs to Mr. Hans Sy. Truly an honor,” she said in one Instagram post.
