Solenn: Nothing more festive than Christmas in PH

Although she has experienced white Christmases a number of times in the past, Solenn Heussaff still prefers spending the holiday season in the Philippines, where one could really feel the “joy and spirit” of the occasion.

“What I love about Christmas here is that we all love to decorate. We do it early, too … three months before the actual day,” she said in an interview for her launch as CDO Premium Holiday Ham’s endorser. “You hear carols on the radio. There are Christmas lights at just about every corner.”

Solenn is spending Christmas here in the country, while her husband, Nico Bolzico, is currently in Argentina with his family and friends. And while she would love to join him, the actress said she already had three vacations this year. —Allan Policarpio
