Katy Perry is thanking her fans with a free concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on November 23. She will also perform there on November 22 as part of her “California Dreams” world tour, she told “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Friday. LA is the final US stop on Perry’s tour. She is scheduled to perform in the Philippines in January. AP
