The toughest thing about being on tour, pop superstar Justin Bieber said, is being by his lonesome. But seeking a romantic relationship is currently out of the question.
“I’m not dating anybody. Single! I’m not looking, either,” he said in a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, adding that he has never tried going on Tinder, or any dating applications, for that matter. “I feel strong!”
The 22-year-old Canadian singer, who has so far played 96 concerts since kicking off his “Purpose” world tour in March, will continue next year in Latin American and Oceania.

Eleven months after he passed away, the late music icon David Bowie has been posthumously named one of the nominees in the British artist of the year category of the 2016 BBC Music Awards.
The rock star, who died of liver cancer at age 69, will be up against Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Jesse Glynne and last year’s winner, Adele. However, Bowie’s last studio album, “Blackstar,” which was released only two days before his demise, failed to make it in the album of the year short list.

In an impassioned post on Instagram, Katy Perry paid tribute to Hillary Clinton, who recently presented the pop superstar with the Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award at the 2016 Unicef Snowflake Ball. Perry, a vocal supporter of Clinton’s (failed) bid for the US presidency, said the politician “lit a fire inside her that burns brighter every day.” “And that fire will never be put out,” a portion of her lengthy message read.
“Hillary helped me see that we’re all in this together, no matter where we come from, what color we are, or what status and education we have,” Perry added.—ALLAN POLICARPIO
