For fans who can’t wait for “Fifty Shades Darker” this coming Valentine’s Day, another humid trailer was released on Wednesday to satisfy their curiosity.
Based on E.L. James’ controversial trilogy, the trailer preludes with Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) taking their relationship to the next level with “darker” lovemaking scenes, one of which was when Grey flirtatiously strokes Steele’s leg inside a cramped elevator. The couple also attends a glitzy masquerade ball and embraces in a yacht.
Meanwhile, steamy rivalry arises when Elena Lincoln (Kim Basinger), known by her alias “Mrs. Robinson”, reunites with Grey, whom she sexually abused when he was 15. Steele finds out that the two partnered in a salon business, making her jealous. The story’s plot gets unnaturally “darker” when Grey’s desperate ex, Leila Williams (Bella Heathcote), threatens and stalks Steele inside her home.

Another key character fans should watch out for is Jack Hyde, Steele’s vindictive boss who fails to make sexual advances to her.
The film, which is a sequel to 2015 film “Fifty Shades of Grey.” tapped singer Miguel to cover Beyonce’s 2003 dance anthem “Crazy In Love” as its theme song.
