Much to the dismay of binge watchers everywhere, Netflix suffered an unlikely outage over the weekend, and the popular streaming service may have found the culprit—”Luke Cage.”

According to Entertainment.ie some parts of the US, the UK and Ireland reported that Netflix servers were down for about two and a half hours on Saturday (Sunday in Manila).

Coincidentally, the interruption came a day after “Marvel’s Luke Cage,” a new superhero flick featuring a man with indestructible and impenetrable skin, debuted its 13-episode first season.

Netflix refused to respond to requests for comment, but was quick to acknowledge the problem on its Twitter page.

It is also worth noting that the internet-television pioneer added several classic movies to its library on Oct. 1, including “Titanic” and “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.”

The Netflix social media team, meanwhile, took the opportunity to make fun of the disruption by using the official accounts for both “Jessica Jones” and “Luke Cage” by tweeting about it coinciding with the show’s release.

As of this writing, normal service has been resumed and Netflix is back up and working. Khristian Ibarrola
