Tenors of Rock bring their Las Vegas act to RW Manila

As it continues to push the envelope in bringing world-class shows to its Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila (RWM) will stage for one night only a Las Vegas show experience with Tenors of Rock on August 13 at Newport Performing Arts Theater.
Gareth, David, Jonathan, Tommy, and Jaymz take on the biggest rock hits from the ‘70s to the present and give it their own energy-fueled versions amped by powerful vocal harmonies and blended with the spirited showmanship that makes rock legends.
The innovative five-frontman group toured Europe in 2013 playing to over 150,000 in Hyde Park for the London Olympics, 60,000 at the Millennium Stadium in their hometown of Cardiff, and over 75,000 during the European Bike Week.
Another big break came later that year when they were able to capture a finals seat in primetime TV talent show The X-Factor UK. From then on, Tenors of Rock began performing in some of Las Vegas’s most high-end venues such as Palms, Stratosphere, the Las Vegas Hotel (now the Westgate Las Vegas Resorts and Casino), and Planet Hollywood.
Reinventing the standard male vocal group, the Tenors of Rock are set to perform to a rock-savvy Filipino audience this August.
Boasting of a wide-ranging repertoire that encompasses various rock anthems from different generations, the groups diversity in their performance set list may include covers from iconic rock acts like Led Zepellin, Bon Jovi, Guns n’ Roses, Aerosmith, Rolling Stones, AC/DC, KISS, The Who, Queen, Dire Straits, Warrant, Muse, and many more.
Adding high-octane intensity to their Manila performance, Tenors of Rock will be coming in with The Goldenboyz made up of RJ Durell and Nick Florez.

The Goldenboyz are two of the most in-demand directors and choreographers in the world having worked with big-name artists such as Madonna, Katy Perry, Michael Jackson, Pink, Spice Girls, and Celine Dion as well as grand shows such as Cirque Du Soleil and the musical Rock of Ages in Los Angeles.
Combining the unique vocal stylings of Tenors of Rock and the magical visuals and stage production from the Goldenboyz, this two-night concert will surely be a world-class, Las Vegas-type rock opera that every rock fan will remember for a long time.
