Taylor Swift responded through social media sites after pop iconKanye West “washed his hands” and defended himself from her accusations of misogyny in West’s “Famous” lyrics. She also called out the attention of his wife, Hollywood “It Mom” and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” main star Kim Kardashian-West.
Kardashian-West had stirred social media by leaking a footage between her husband and Swift. On Sunday evening, she tweeted to her fans to “check out” her Snapchat account and behold, the series of videos featuring the “famous” conversation.
A resentful Swift fiercely hammered the couple on social media. Kanye failed to seek permission to use the “Famous” lyric “I made that bitch famous,” which might have probably got a “thumbs down” from the “Shake It Off” singer. “You cannot approve a song you haven’t heard, Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination,” Swift wrote in a strong tweet.
do u guys follow me on snap chat? u really should ;-)

Previously, Swift’s spokesperson told media outlets that West never sought her approval regarding the song’s lyrics. During her 2016 Grammy acceptance speech, Swift’s indirectly singled out Kanye. “I want to say to all the young women out there—there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame,” she said.
In a series of tweets last February, Kanye clarified the controversy, stating that “he never dissed Swift.” Gianna Francesca Catolico
