Celebrity couple Kaye Abad and Paul Jake Castillo have “sealed it.”
In videos posted on the Instagram accounts of the actress’ close friend Pooh and sister Sarah Abad, Castillo proposed to her during her birthday celebration on Tuesday in Alabang.
“We started off as friends, tapos naging partner in crime kita, best friend, tapos hindi mo talaga napigilan, ginawa mo akong boyfriend (We started off as friends, and then you became my partner in crime, my best friend, until you could no longer help it and made me your boyfriend). Now, I’d like to seal it. Will you marry me,” Castillo asked an emotional Abad.
Abad nodded her head and the two shared an embrace.
Abad and Castillo admitted in May 2014 that they were in a relationship. Abad is a former child star who has evolved into a versatile actress, while Castillo started his showbiz career as a former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate.
Some of the couple’s showbiz friends took to social media to congratulate them.
