Fanny’s red-carpet glamour

Celebrity hair and makeup artist Fanny Serrano, president of the Philippine International Cosmetologists Association (Pica), announces that the group will hold “Cosmetologie 2016” on Feb. 16, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia.

Stylists will vie for the Fanny Serrano Excellence Award in various categories (including bridal makeup and red-carpet look).

Serrano proudly reports that this year’s poster girl is his muse, comedienne Kiray Celis.

Serrano always takes charge of Celis’ red-carpet look for movie premieres and awards shows.

Pica is an organization of hair and makeup professionals, accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda).
