American singer and “America Idol” season 3 winner Fantasia Barrino was the latest international celebrity to praise the voice of “The Voice Kids” season 1 runner-up Darren Espanto.
In a post on Twitter, Barrino praised Espanto’s “beautiful” cover of her song “I Believe” on mobile radio station Wish 107.5.
“This is beautiful.. your voice will touch so many people,” Barrino said, sharing the link to Espanto’s video.
“I Believe” was Barrino’s debut single and finale song on the third season of “American Idol.”
Espanto previously covered Sia’s hit song “Chandelier,” which earned praises from celebrities including Ashton Kutcher, Nicki Minaj, and Jessie J.
