Aside from King Palisoc’s “Tandem,” Louie Ignacio’s “Laut” is also competing in the main section of the 38th Oporto International Film Festival in Portugal. Also known as the Fantasporto, the Oporto fest will be held from Feb. 26 to March 5. “Laut” topbills Barbie Forteza as a young Badjao woman. Bayani San Diego Jr.
