The Force has been officially awakened on December 18 and on the day after it hit the big screen.
Star Wars fans, be they Jedi, Sith, or Troopers, congregated at the Promenade, Greenhills for the screening of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” the seventh movie in the franchise and the continuation of the saga after Luke Skywalker put balance to the Force.
It has been 10 years, 32 if the original trilogy was the only trilogy you consider worth counting, since the franchise played in the cinemas, and fans sure have welcomed the seventh installment like a new family member.
Toys and statues were on display while fans channeled their inner Jedi or Sith for the show. JE
